How to Restore Deleted Records from Trash
In short
Click Trash in the sidebar, find the record by period, module, name or code, and click Restore — related records come back with it. Deleted items are kept for 31 days and then removed for good; Delete Forever and Empty Trash remove them sooner.

Step by step
- 1
Open Trash
Click Trash in the sidebar. The page notes that deleted items are kept for 31 days, then permanently removed.
- 2
Find the record
Choose the period — Today, Last 6 Days, Last 15 Days or Last 30 Days (the default) — pick a module in All Modules, or search by name or code.
- 3
Read the list
Each row shows Name, Code, Module, Deleted By, Deleted On and Expires In, so you can see how long is left before it goes.
- 4
Restore it
Click Restore on the row and confirm in Restore Item?. If the record had related records, the dialog says how many and the button reads Restore All; they come back together to where they were.
- 5
Delete for good
To remove one now, click Delete and then Delete Forever. Empty Trash removes everything after you confirm Empty Entire Trash?. Neither can be undone.
Common questions
How long are deleted records kept?
31 days. The Expires In column shows how long each has left; after that it is removed for good.
Why did a restore fail?
Some records cannot be put back, and the ERP says Restore Not Supported with the reason; others fail with Restore Failed and the reason. Read the message before trying again.
Are related records restored too?
Yes. If the record had related records — such as an order's lines — the restore dialog shows how many and Restore All brings them back together.
