How payment works
You get a GST invoice
One for the setup fee and one for the first year, from CRE8Rx.
Pay by bank, UPI or cheque
NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, UPI or cheque — whichever suits your accounts team.
We confirm the payment
Once it reaches us, it is recorded against your invoice and your year starts.
Renew once a year
Before your year ends, the renewal invoice arrives. No setup fee again.

Pricing questions
- How much does CRE8Rx ERP cost?
- A one-time setup fee of ₹49,999 and a yearly subscription of ₹99,999, both incl. 18% GST. Year one comes to ₹1,49,998 in all; every year after is ₹99,999.
- Is the setup fee charged every year?
- No. The setup fee is paid once, when your company is set up. Only the yearly subscription renews.
- Is it priced per user?
- No. The plan is priced per company, not per user login. Tell us your team size and the number of logins is set to fit when your account is created.
- Are some modules extra?
- No. Every module in the list on this page is part of the plan — sales, purchase, stores, production, quality, dispatch, service, HR, payroll and accounts.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Yes. ₹99,999 a year and ₹49,999 setup are the full amounts, 18% GST included — nothing is added on top.
- How do I pay?
- Against a GST tax invoice, by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI or cheque. The payment is recorded against your invoice once it reaches us.
- What happens when the year ends?
- You receive a renewal invoice for the next year at ₹99,999 (incl. 18% GST). Your data stays exactly where it is.
