How to Get ERP Alerts on Telegram
In short
Click Telegram alerts at the bottom of the sidebar, then Connect Telegram, open the bot in Telegram and press Start — the page connects by itself. Then switch on Send my alerts to Telegram; admins can also turn on the 9 PM daily summary.

Step by step

Open Telegram alerts
Click Telegram alerts at the bottom of the sidebar.

Connect
Click Connect Telegram, then Open the bot in Telegram and press Start there. The ERP page updates on its own once linked.

Turn alerts on
Switch on Send my alerts to Telegram.

Daily summary (admins)
Admins can switch on Daily summary to get the day's figures at 9 PM.

Disconnect
Click Disconnect Telegram to stop at any time.
Good to know
- If the page says Telegram alerts are not set up on this server yet, ask your administrator to configure the bot.
Common questions
Does each user need to connect Telegram separately?
Yes. Each user links their own Telegram account from the Telegram alerts page, so alerts go to the right person.
What is the daily summary?
Admins can switch on a summary of the day's figures, sent to Telegram at 9 PM.
Why does the page say Telegram alerts are not set up?
The Telegram bot has not been configured on your server yet. Ask your administrator to set it up; until then alerts cannot be sent to Telegram.
