Common questions
Why should I connect our own mailbox?
So quotations, order confirmations and alerts come from your company address and customers' replies reach you, instead of a shared sending address.
What is the difference between automatic emails and custom rules?
Automatic emails are built-in messages for standard events that you switch on or off. Custom rules send your own message to the people you choose when an event happens, optionally only for a stage or above an amount.
How do I know if an email was not sent?
Recent emails on the same page lists the last 50 messages and says why any were not sent and which rule they came from.
