Common questions
What is the largest file I can upload?
50 MB per file. Drawings (DWG, DXF), PDFs, Word and Excel files and images are accepted.
How do I delete a document or drawing?
Click the red delete button on its row in the Drawings tab. An admin can delete any file; the person who uploaded it can delete it until it is approved. Deleted files go to Trash, where an admin can restore them.
Can I ask for a drawing to be approved?
Yes. Click Request on the file's row to send it for approval. Its status — pending, approved or rejected — then shows in the Approval column.
What is the difference between Upload Doc and the Drawings tab?
Both upload to the same project. Upload Doc is a quick action from the project page; the Drawings tab also lets you add tags and shows files grouped as CAD, documents and images.
