Common questions
Do I have to schedule each AMC visit by hand?
No. When you create the contract with its frequency and visits per year, the visit schedule is generated automatically.
What is the difference between a PM schedule and an AMC?
An AMC is the contract with a client for servicing their equipment. A PM schedule plans preventive maintenance on a machine or asset, with a task checklist and next due date.
Can a service ticket be logged without a project?
Yes. The project is optional; enter the client's name, phone and site address instead, along with the issue type and description.
